To reduce condensation…

Due to high humidity, it is recommended that insulation is installed under concrete floors. If your cooler will be installed on a wood surface, a cooler floor is necessary to avoid condensation that will rot out the wood floor. Insulation is required on a concrete floor for a freezer. When a ramp is in use, doors and floors must be re-enforced. Your local codes should be researched.

Dade Engineering products are tested at our plant for accuracy by pre-assembly before shipping. CAD diagram's are attached to every cooler and ever panel is labeled. Cam lock devices are locked together for easy assembly and once panels are locked together, they provide an airtight seal. #DadeDifference - our patent pending, Cam Lock design is field reversible. In addition, another #DadeDifference is we can also perform the installation for you.

Dade walk-in floor construction features a 22-gauge smooth mill floor plate, designed for durability and strength, along with a 4-inch extruded polystyrene foam core that is compliant with EISA 2007 standards. Additionally, it is equipped with a NSF-certified gasket and utilizes Cam-Locks hardware for secure connections. A built-in ramp is also included to facilitate ease of access and usability.
